Ride Guardian Emergency Network (RGEN) exerts effort to maintain a network of first responders on motorcycles that assist in daily road rescues and disasters brought about by natural calamities. RGEN trains the volunteers through its RG Marshal training program grouped according to a geographically contiguous expansion strategy based on responder or victim areas. RGEN assures avenues for communication, rescue, evacuation, personnel movement, relief and logistical operations, and lastly rapid damage assessment information. All these assets are available to DSWD, NDRRMC, MMDA, PNP, PCSO, and every LGU that reaches out to the organization or vice versa.
